On January 8, 2019, Demo Day took place at Google Campus Warsaw. It was the culmination of the 5th edition of the acceleration program organized by MIT Enterprise Forum Poland. We were there and make impossible happen! Our tool EBnavi was among the 5 best startups of this year edition. As a result we will take part in the weekly Bootcamp in Boston.
According to research and market news, technology enters the HR and employer branding world with great strides. It allows us to increase innovation and competitiveness and simply make our lives easier. That’s why at the Employer Branding Institute, thanks to EBnavi, we help employers with building strong employer brand. It wasn’t far from the need to develop a tool, to a specific steps. Acceleration program organized by MIT Enterprise Forum Poland – that was it. After passing the demanding recruitment process, EBnavi was included in the group of 18 startups, which qualified for the 5th edition of the program.
The final stage of the selection was the interview and presentation of EBnavi before the committee composed of experts, both members of MITEF Poland and the commercial partners of the program, along with the Q&A session. In conclusion, to qualify, the idea had to be not only technologically innovative, but also defend itself from the point of view of its business assumptions.

A huge dose of knowledge and business contacts.
The goal of the MIT Enterprise Forum Poland program is to develop young innovative technology companies by combining their potential with the knowledge and experience of leading Polish and international companies.
Thanks to a three-month intensive period of training, workshops and networking sessions, we had the opportunity to gain new experiences and knowledge. Participation in the program was also the opportunity to talk with the best specialists from Poland and abroad, mentors, investors and corporate partners. We met experienced entrepreneurs as well as a group of inspiring young people who are creators of the new entrepreneurial scene in the international area. It was also a huge dose of knowledge and business contacts, which helps us in the daily development of EBnavi.
We are off to Boston!
On January 8, 2019, we participated in Demo Day at Google Campus Warsaw, as one of 12 best startups of this year edition. The event was the culmination of the 5th edition of the acceleration program organized by MIT Enterprise Forum Poland. We had the chance to present our technology in the form of a 3-minute pitch to representatives of corporations, large enterprises and investment funds. The prize for the 5 best startups was participation in the weekly Bootcamp in Boston. And… we made it happen! EBnavi was among the 5 best startups of this year edition and we will take part in the weekly Bootcamp in Boston.
What’s next?
MIT Enterprise Forum Poland is one of the largest and best-rated acceleration programs in Poland. We are glad that we was the part of this programme and developed our tool. What’s next? We still want to help brands to become better employers, desired by the candidates and loved by the employees. Who knows what will come to our minds.
